Product Description:
The FORD/CAN M-LINK2 lets you directly connect and control any iPod or iPhone via the factory radio in most 2005-2010 Ford vehicles that has either the factory satellite radio option or the factory rear seat DVD option installed, or neither option installed (Please see Specific Vehicle Application List). This kit comes complete with everything you need to install.

The FORD/CAN M-LINK2 is quick and easy to install, as it plugs into both the 16-pin and the 24-pin factory radio connectors at the rear of the radio, giving you a direct audio transfer (not an FM Modulator) from your iPod or iPhone to your vehicle's sound system. No wires to cut & splice.

Installation of this device will require that you disconnect either the Rear-Seat DVD or Satellite Radio IF the vehicle is equipped with both options. This will allow you to maintain as many of the factory options as possible. Each mode will offer different functionality with your iPod device and can be used in either mode, even if neither factory option is installed. If one option is installed, the interface can work in the other non-installed option's mode. If neither factory option is installed, the device can be operated in either mode you choose.
