The Blitzsafe HON/MLink V.1D allows you to directly connect any iPOD to the factory radio in many 1992 through 1998 Acura/Honda vehicles (Please see application information below). It gives you digital quality sound, charges your iPOD, gives you control of the iPOD through the iPOD itself and does not disable the iPOD controls or the iPOD display, and comes complete with everything you need to install.

Installation is easy as this device connects to the 8-pin round CD changer connector in the rear of the factory radio as shown in the image to right. The interface connects to the iPOD through its bottom connector where it pulls the audio from the iPOD, insuring that the audio you hear is the cleanest possible from your iPOD and the Blitzsafe vehicle-specific interface insures that the line level out of the iPOD perfectly matches the input level requirements of your specific factory radio.

While your iPOD is connected, it is being charged and will continue to charge for 20 minutes after the car is turned off. This unique designs insures the iPOD is never over-charged and that your battery is never under a constant drain. Keep in mind, the Blitzsafe iPOD interface does NOT control nor display information from the iPOD on the factory radio. All control and display of the iPOD remains with the iPOD.

In addition to the iPOD interface, Blitzsafe has also added an Alpine CD changer interface that will allow you have an Alpine 6-disc CD changer installed as well as your iPOD. Pressing the "Up Disc >>" and the "Down Disc <<" buttons switches between the CD Changer and the iPOD. This dual interface will work with or without a CD Changer connected. Keep in mind, the Blitzsafe iPOD interface does NOT control nor display information from the iPOD on the factory radio. All control and display of the iPOD remains with the iPOD.

Comes complete with all cables and connectors necessary to connect this interface to your vehicle, and to connect your iPOD to this interface.
