Special Christmas UPS Shipping Schedule:
Delivery times for your order could be extended by as much as two to three days during the upcoming holiday season as a result of Logjam Electronics and UPS observance of these holidays, so be sure to read the following delivery schedules.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE
It is now Friday, December 23rd. To insure your order is delivered before Christmas, your order must be placed before 5:00pm
EST - - - - on Friday, December 23rd and you MUST use Next Day Air - SATURDAY Delivery as the shipping method to insure delivery on Saturday, December 24th. (NOTE: There is an additional $20 fee applied at time of shipping for UPS Saturday Delivery)
HOLIDAY HOURS & SHIPPING/DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Logjam Electronics will be closed on Monday, December 26th, in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Schedules for order processing and certain delivery methods will be as follows:
Any order placed on Friday, December 23rd after 5:00pm EST will NOT be processed or shipped until Tuesday, December 27th.
Any order placed on Tuesday, December 20th after 5:00pm EST using 3-Day Select as the shipping method, will not be processed and shipped until Wednesday, December 21st, and will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th.
Any order placed on Wednesday, December 21st after 5:00pm EST using 2nd Day Air as the shipping method, will not be processed and shipped until Thursday, December 22nd, and will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th.
Any order placed on Thursday, December 22nd after 5:00pm EST using Next Day Air as the shipping method, will not be processed and shipped until Friday, December 23rd, and will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th.
Any order placed on Friday, December 23rd after 5:00pm EST using Next Day Air as the shipping method, will not be processed and shipped until Tuesday, December 27th, and will be delivered on Wednesday, December 28th. For shipping on Friday, December 23rd, for a Saturday Delivery, December 24th, you MUST use Next Day Air - SATURDAY Delivery as the shipping method to insure delivery on Saturday, December 24th. If your order is to be a Christmas gift........
If you do your Holiday gift shopping on-line, a conflict with our "30 days from purchase date exchange and warranty" policy is created should it become necessary to exchange or return the gift after the Holidays are over. To eliminate this conflict, Logjam Electronics will provide an extended holiday return and warranty policy on those orders identified as a Christmas gift, and will offer free shipping on the gift purchase as a bonus. IMPORTANT: As it relates to this policy, a "Christmas gift" is defined as a purchase made between November 1st, 2011 and December 22nd, 2011, and is to be used by the recipient on or after December 25th, 2011.
Just follow these simple instructions when going through the order process:
When placing your Christmas gift order, check the Checkbox that reads "Identify My Order as a Christmas Gift", on the Billing Information (2nd) page of the order form, under the blue heading "Customer Notification".
The 30 day return period, as it relates to our Terms & Conditions of Sale, will be adjusted to begin on Monday, December 26, 2011 and will extend through Wednesday, January 25, 2012.
Those products identified as a "Christmas gift", will have the following additional Terms & Conditions of Sale policies apply:
Products ordered and identified as a "Christmas gift" cannot be exchanged if the device is found to be defective until after December 26, 2011, absolutely no exceptions.
If you discovered you ordered the wrong part, those products ordered and identified as a "Christmas gift" can be exchanged for the right part up through December 16, 2011 and will be handled per our normal Terms & Conditions of Sale 'return for exchange' policies. "Christmas Gift" exchanges needed after December 16, 2011 will be required to wait until December 26th to be processed.
