Product Warranty:
Logjam Electronics gives a one (1) year warranty on every product we sell from the date of the original order, regardless of the Manufacturer's warranty. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will apply to our one year warranty regarding product coverage.
Foriegn Orders/Foriegn Vehicles - Logjam Electronics does not sell or ship outside the USA, and does not guarantee or give any warrant to products sold by Logjam Electronics and installed in non-domestic or foriegn vehicles, or vehicles located outside the USA.
Backorders/Backordered Items:
When you order a product that is out of stock, you will be sent an email that will provide you with the status of that item and also give you our best information of when that item will be back in stock and ready to ship. We never to charge your credit card for out of stock items until the order actually ships.
Shipping Charges/Methods:
Shipping is free on any order over $250.00! Any regular order which totals less than $250.00, NOT including the shipping costs, will be shipped for a flat $13.95 charge. All standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground, no signature required. We offer all expedited UPS shipping methods, including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Saturday Delivery is possible ONLY if the order is shipped on Friday and marked for "Next Day Air". In addition, you must also manually enter "Saturday Delivery" into the 'Comments' section on the 2nd page of the order form. Once your order is submitted, an additional $20 UPS charge will be added to your order's shipping costs for the Saturday delivery option by our Order Entry personnel when we process your order. Consequently, this $20 additional shipping cost will NOT show up on your order confirmation. However, it will show up on the email credit card confirmation once we charge your credit card during order processing, and will be included on the invoice that is sent in the package with the product.
NOTICE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box numbered addresses, or APO and FPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot ship to these addresses. You must provide a state-side address and/or a numbered street address for LOGJAM ELECTRONICS to ship your order.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal, where the billing address of the card holder is within the USA and where the credit card issuing bank is located within the USA.
