   The C2R-CHY allows you to replace the factory radio in many 2004-2008 Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles (see Specific Vehicle Application List below) that have the factory amplified systems installed. The C2R-CHY provides Accessory, Parking Brake, Reverse, Parking light and VSS outputs. The C2R-CHY even auto detects the factory amplifier in the vehicle and turns it on via the C2R-CHY's remote input wire. For the radio in non-amplified Chrysler radio systems, see the C2R-CHYNA.
Please note that the factory amplifier only has a two channel input. When connecting an aftermarket stereo, only two channels can be used. Therefore, the fading capability of the aftermarket stereo will not be able to be used.
