The AV-iPD iPod®-to-RCA cable allows you to connect the audio and video from your iPod into any device with “RCA” audio and video input connections. It provides digital quality audio, supplies power and charging of the ipod including 5V USB charging.

When the iPod is connected, full control of the ipod remains with the iPod itself, allowing your iPod controls and display screen to be uneffected and NOT disabled. You will continue to have full access to the menus, the click wheel, track and play/pause controls, all functions of the iPod. There is no need to create special playlists, nor are there any limits to the iPod operation.

The device works with all iPod models with video output capability, including the 3G and 3G/S iPhone™. This cable plugs into the 30-pin dock connector of the iPod and provides left & right audio output plus a composite video output for direct connection to TVs or video monitors. In addition the AV-iPD provides charging of the iPod or iPhone when connected.

This iPod cable is manufactured with an Apple^® supplied 'Authentication' chip and will work with the 3G and the new 3G/S iPhone™.
