An auxiliary input converter for the F150 and other Ford "CAN-Bus" radios with the 'AUX' button!!

The PIE FRD04-AUX Auxiliary Input Converter connects to the Satellite/Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) data port of many 2004-2010 Ford CAN-Bus factory radios (Please see Specific Vehicle Application List below), to create an external auxiliary input that you can then use to connect the audio from any external audio source, like the audio from an MP3 player, a portable DVD player, computer, video game, any audio device that has an audio output connector.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTES:

  • MUST have the "AUX" button on radio - Will NOT work with "CD/AUX" Button
  • NOT compatible if the rear seat entertainment system option is installed, as the FRD04-AUX connects to the RSE connector.
  • NOT compatible with navigation equipped vehicles.
  • NOT compatible with satellite equipped vehicles.
  • NOT compatible with Ford Sync System.
