Your RMA request has been received at Logjam Electronics and will be processed right away, usually within one business day or less (unless submitted on a weekend or holiday). The determination for return authorization will be based on the information given in your RMA Request Form and the criteria set forth in the Logjam Electronics Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the product you are returning is defective, we ask that you also complete the Defective Product Report in order to assist in the return authorization process. Before we send a warranty replacement for a defective product, we will need to have a Defective Product Report on file.
Once approved, you will receive your RMA number via the email address you supplied on the RMA request form. If for some reason, your stated reason for return falls outside the Terms and Conditions of Sale parameters, we will send an email stating your return is not authorized.
If the RMA is for a refund, please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be processed after the authorized returned device is received at the Logjam Electronics warehouse. If you have not already, please be sure to read and understand our Terms and Conditions of Sale page before making your return.
