RMA Request Form

Please be sure you have read and thoroughly understand our Terms & Conditions of Sale page before filling out this form.

Defective Product/s - Less than 30 days from purchase: You do not need an RMA number to get the product replaced if you believe that a product is defective, and you have purchased that product from Logjam Electronics within the past 30 days! Just fill out the Defective Product Report and contact our tech support via email to arrange for a replacement.

Defective Product/s - Over 30 days from purchase: If it has been over 30 days since the date of purchase, you will need an RMA number to return the defective product, and will need to fillout the Defective Product Report but we will still replace the product for free.

Once you have read the Terms & Conditions of Sale, and your situation qualifies you for a return, fill out the following form to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted unless an RMA number is included with the return and the number is written in large letters on the outside of the shipping package. Once the form is filled out and submitted, you will be emailed your RMA number with instructions on how and where to return the product. The RMA request response usually happens within 24 hrs. Weekends or holidays could take a little longer.

Absolutely no 'return for refund' will be accepted after 30 days from original purchase!
