Part#: AUX-NISSV3 1998-2004 Nissan/Infiniti Dual Auxiliary Input Converter

The AUX-NISSV3 auxiliary input converter allows you to directly connect any two external audio devices into the left and right RCA inputs of the AUX-NISS, using the CD changer port on the rear of the factory radio.

With this device installed, you will have created two auxiliary audio inputs to your factory radio, which will allow you to plug in any two external audio sources, like a portable MP3 player, satellite tuner, DVD player, or iPOD, and play the audio from that external audio device directly through your factory radio. This is a direct connect device and NOT an FM Modulator. An FM modulator requires you to tune to an FM radio station in order to listen to the audio from the external audio device. While this is a direct connect interface, it is only an audio connection and does not allow you to control the external audio device that is connected to it.

Important Application Notes:

  • The AUX-NISSV3 is NOT compatible with any Nissan or Infiniti factory radio with the "SAT" button
  • The AUX-NISSV3 is NOT compatible with any vehicle equipped with an external factory or after-market CD changer
  • Must have 12-pin connector at the rear of the factory radio - not compatible with 10-pin factory radio connector

  • 2003-2004 350Z (w/o "SAT" button on Radio)
  • 1998-2001 Altima
  • 1998-2003 Frontier
  • 1998-2003 Maxima
  • 1998-2002 Pathfinder (Not compatible with the factory Bose system; must have 12-pin connector. Not compatible with 10-pin connector radio.)
  • 2002-2003 Sentra (w/o Fosgate system)
  • 2000-2003 Xterra (with AM/FM/CD player w/o Fosgate system)

    Infiniti

  • 1998-2002 G20
  • 1998-2001 I30
  • 1998-2002 Q45
  • 1998-2002 QX4 (not compatible w/Clarion-made factory radio)
