  
 The SoundGate AVM4 is an adjustable 4-channel amplifier with a maximum of 20 db gain and an extremely low source impedance that is low enough to drive an 8 ohm speaker. This active device is encased in a small plastic enclosure measuring 4-3/8" X 2-1/2" X 1". Two pair of RCA cables are used for inputs and two pair of RCA cables are used for outputs, with a variable gain from 0 db to 20 db. The AVM4 features a regulated power supply, very low distortion levels with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. Can be used to drive one or two pair of headphones, to level match components in audio/video systems, as a line driver to boost RCA signal strength, or any application where signal strength is in need of a clean boost.
